There Is a Link Between Antioxidants Like CoQ10 and Disease That Comes With Aging

As we get older our natural supplies of Antioxidants start to run low.  Normally, free radicals are neutralized by sufficient supplies of antioxidants within our cells.

However, the standard Western diet is filled with foods that are depleted of important nutrients. This deficiency is believed to accelerate the speed of aging. This attack on our bodies is known as Oxidative Stress.
